Day #113 - 3/15/16 - Unit 3: Ch 17 Bud, Not Buddy/Bio-Poem - Critical Analysis & Evaluation of Informational Texts & Poetry

Good Morning Sixth Graders,
          Today is a C day so we will go to Gym. We will also be sharing our free verse poems and reading chapter 17 of Bud, Not Buddy. In Social Studies we will present our Time Travel Brochures and review for our test on Wednesday.

P2P: Give 1 & Get One
Take out your free verse poem and practice reading it to yourself. After you’ve read through, share it with a friend. Give 1 piece of feedback, and get 1 piece of feedback to make your poem better. Make the revision, then find another friend to share your poem with. Repeat the process.
