Think about the informational article you just read and the novel you have been reading. What connections do you see between Percy’s experiences in the Lightning Thief and “The Hero’s Journey” so far? Write a “STRONG” paragraph proving that Percy Jackson is on the Hero’s Journey.

The purpose of this paragraph is to prove that Percy is on the “Hero’s Journey.”

  • Use quotes from both texts as evidence to support the claim.
