Day 51: Author's Purpose Quiz

Good Day 6th Graders,

          Please make sure you have everything you need and sharpen your pencils. Today we will take a quiz so we can evaluate your ability to identify author's purpose.

  • Write your homework in your agenda
  • Think about what you are thankful for this Thanksgiving. When you are done with your quiz today, I am going to come around and record your responses.

Standards:
RI6.6 Determine an author's point of view, or purpose, in a text and explain how it is conveyed in the text

Directions:
Go to google classroom and complete the Author's Purpose Quiz under the classwork tab. Be sure you use your notes. 

When you are done you may take out your independent reading book and read quietly at your seat.
