          Make sure that you have your Agenda and an Independent Reading Book. Today we will be going to the computer Lab to do a STAR assessment and to learn about OpenEd.

OpenEd

Directions:
1. Log into the computer using your login and password
2. Use Chrome & go to our classroom website

3. Click on the link for OpenEd
4. Follow the directions to create an OpenEd account
5. Watch the two videos about engaging in group discussions
6. Complete the assessment on engaging in classroom discussions.
7. After you are done with the assessment you can review your answers and try again to improve your score.

Homework:

1. Try logging in to OpenEd from home. Review your answers from the assessment and try to improve your score.
2. Finish annotations for chapter 8 & 9 if they are not done yet
