Day #3 - 9/10/15 - Unit 1: How to choose a good fit book, Setting & Characterization

Good Morning 6th Graders,
Today is a 'C' Day so we will go to physical education. Please be sure to sharpen your pencils and order your lunch. Also, hand in any important forms that you have returned to school.
The first thing I want you to do today is to decorate the cover of your red folder. The sheets you need are on the music stand. You may use colored pencils, pens, or crayons. When your cover is done please quietly read the independent reading book you brought from home. Be prepared to share about the main character in your book, along with the theme and the setting.
                        Thank you
                       Mr. Trumble
