Good Morning Students, 

             Today is a ‘C’ day so we will go to Library and Technology. Make sure you have all the materials you need for block 1! Once you make sure you have everything you need pick up an Ipad and answer today's poll question. Then work on the Point to Ponder.

P2P: Which one of Steve Jobs Stories has the most meaning to you? Why?
Story 1 is about connecting the dots (events) in his life from dropping out of college to taking a calligraphy course, to designing the first Mac.
Story 2 is about love and loss and how he got fired from his own company, apple, but went on to create two new companies, get married, and then return to Apple even more successful than when he got fired.
Story 3 is about death and how he fought pancreatic cancer so we he wants us all to make the most of our time and live our lives for ourselves and nobody else.

For Mod 2A: Unit 1 - Lesson 11 Part III

1. I can discuss the evidence I used to support my claim about Steve Jobs message in paragraphs 19 - 22.
2. I can record unfamiliar vocabulary from the novel Bud, Not Buddy.
3. I can decode Bud's rules in chapter 10 & 11 to better understand him as a character.
